For agents · Facebook and Instagram

Set up your Meta account for sharing.

To share from Easy Social you need a Facebook Page you manage, ideally with a professional Instagram account linked to it. Most agents already have the pieces — this guide walks through the setup if you do not, then connects it inside Easy Social.

Why bother

What this unlocks in Easy Social.

Share tiles and reels yourself

Post feed and story formats from generation tools without downloading and uploading by hand every time.

Your Page, your brand

Content goes out as you — your Page name and face — not a generic office account someone else controls.

Instagram when it is linked

If Instagram is linked to the Page, Easy Social can offer Instagram share for the same assets.

You stay in control

You never share your Facebook password. You connect through Meta's own login, and you can disconnect in Settings any time.

Step by step

The four steps, exactly.

Do these once. After that, Connect Facebook in Settings is usually enough for every future share.

  1. Create a Business portfolio

Skip if your Page already sits inside a Meta Business portfolio (Business Manager) — many agents and agencies already have one.

    • Go to business.facebook.com and log in with the Facebook account that manages (or will manage) your Page.
    • Top-left, create a Business portfolio. Use your agency or trading name, your own name, and a business email you control.
  2. Add or create your Facebook Page

    • Open Business settings → Accounts → Pages (gear icon, usually bottom-left on business.facebook.com).
    • Click Add → “Add a Page you already manage”, or create a new Page if you do not have one yet. Use your real agent or agency Page — not a personal profile.
  3. Link Instagram to that Page

    • Instagram must be a professional account (creator or business), not a personal-only profile.
    • In Meta Business settings, open Instagram accounts and link it to the same Facebook Page — or link from Instagram → Settings → Account → Linked accounts / Sharing to other apps.
    • When Easy Social offers Instagram share later, it only works if this link is in place.
  4. Connect in Easy Social

    • Back in Easy Social, open Settings and find Facebook and Instagram.
    • Click Connect Facebook, approve the permissions Meta asks for, and pick the Page you manage.
    • When it succeeds, you can share tiles, content and reels straight to that Page (and Instagram if linked).

Good to know

A few things worth knowing.

  • You need a Facebook Page, not only a personal profile. Profiles cannot be connected for publishing.
  • If connect fails, confirm you are an admin of the Page and that you picked the correct Facebook login when Meta asked.
  • Agency-managed Pages: you may need the office to grant you Page access inside Business Manager before Easy Social can list the Page.
  • You can disconnect and reconnect from Settings whenever you switch Pages.
