Your account
You must provide accurate details, keep your login secure, and be responsible for activity under your account. Easy Social plans are for the named account holder; you may not share one login between multiple people.
Plans, trial, and billing
- New accounts start with a free trial. Continued use after the trial requires a paid subscription.
- Agent Pro is $29.95 per month and Agent Pro Plus is $49.95 per month in New Zealand dollars. Agent Pro Plus also supports a second agent on designs.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change on reasonable notice.
Your content and responsibilities
- You retain ownership of listing details, images, brand assets, and other content you bring into Easy Social. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process it to provide the service.
- You are responsible for having the right to use content you upload or import, including listing photos, logos, and another agent's name or image.
- You must check generated outputs before publishing and must not use Easy Social for unlawful, misleading, or infringing purposes.
Intellectual property
Easy Social, including its software, templates, and design system, is owned by Airea Digital and protected by law. These terms give you the right to use the service while your subscription is active; they do not transfer our intellectual property to you.
Third-party services
Easy Social integrates with third parties for services such as public listing information, social sharing, sign-in, email, AI-assisted content, and payments. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Easy Social available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free outputs. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where it applies. To the extent permitted by law, Easy Social and Airea Digital are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination and governing law
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to protect the service. These terms are governed by New Zealand law and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
