Your account
You must provide accurate details, keep your login secure, and be responsible for activity under your account. Easy Social plans are for the named account holder; you may not share one login between multiple people.
Plans, trial, and billing
- New accounts start with a free trial. Continued use after the trial requires a paid subscription.
- Easy Social has one plan, Agent Pro, at $24.95 per month in New Zealand dollars. It includes every tool, unlimited property reels, and a second agent on designs.
- If you upload your own music to a property reel, you must have the rights to use it in that reel. We delete the uploaded file once the reel has been made.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change on reasonable notice.
Easy Social Reels purchases without an account
- You can buy a single property reel at reels.airea.co.nz without creating an Easy Social account. To make and deliver it we collect your name and email address, the listing link or property details and photos you provide, any agent details, photos, or logo you add, and any music file you upload. Our privacy policy explains how we handle this information.
- Each reel costs NZD $9.95, including GST, paid once through Stripe.
- Before you pay, you see a watermarked preview of the exact reel you are buying. The reel you pay for is delivered without the watermark.
- Because you approve the preview before you pay, completed reels are final.
- If the paid render fails, we refund your payment automatically.
- When your reel is ready we email you a download link. The reel and its download link are kept for 48 hours after the reel is ready and are then deleted, so save the file once it arrives.
- You must have the right to use the photos, logos, and agent details you provide. If you upload your own music, you must confirm that you have the rights to use it in your reel.
Your content and responsibilities
- You retain ownership of listing details, images, brand assets, and other content you bring into Easy Social. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process it to provide the service.
- You are responsible for having the right to use content you upload or import, including listing photos, logos, and another agent's name or image.
- You must check generated outputs before publishing and must not use Easy Social for unlawful, misleading, or infringing purposes.
Intellectual property
Easy Social, including its software, templates, and design system, is owned by Airea Digital Limited and protected by law. These terms give you the right to use the service while your subscription is active; they do not transfer our intellectual property to you.
Third-party services
Easy Social integrates with third parties for services such as public listing information, social sharing, sign-in, email, AI-assisted content, and payments. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Easy Social available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free outputs. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where it applies. To the extent permitted by law, Easy Social and Airea Digital Limited are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination and governing law
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to protect the service. These terms are governed by New Zealand law and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
